The Business Transactions Section serves as a forum to educate members on recent developments and current issues in all fields of transactional business law. Substantive areas include: corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, unincorporated business associations, securities and the uniform commercial code.

Louis R. Dienes is a partner in the corporate practice of TroyGould PC. Louis is a widely-recognized Los Angeles corporate attorney representing businesses, management and investors in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, equity and debt financings, and business operations. He regularly serves as the primary legal advisor to management and investors and represents more than 50 U.S. and foreign businesses, ranging from start-ups to multinationals.
