The Real Estate Section of the CCBA is committed to keeping its members informed about current real estate issues that impact all areas of real estate law, including commercial and residential leasing, purchase and sale agreements, construction, land use and finance. We strive to provide an arena where practical, everyday issues and solutions can be discussed. It is our hope that we can provide information and access to a variety of professionals about issues that arise in our practice of law, and towards that end, we encourage our members to actively participate in our section and submit requests for discussion topics.

Shaun O. Kwon – Shaun graduated from Loyola Law School in 1997 and practices real estate law with the firm of Rosenfeld, Wolff, Aronson and Klein. He represents publicly-traded companies as well as smaller entities and individuals in all aspects of real estate law, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing. Shaun is married to Sandy and resides in Los Angeles, California.
