Louis J. Bovasso has been an IP attorney for over 30 years. He is currently an equity partner with the firm of Greenberg Traurig LLP in Santa Monica. He is on the editorial board of the Trademark Reporter of the International Trademark Association and is editor of Century City Lawyer. He was co-editor the R & D Strategist, an Auerbach nationwide publication directed to research and development in various types of businesses.

Edward T. Swanson specializes in corporate and securities transactions. Mr. Swanson was admitted to the Connecticut bar in 1974 and the California bar in 1976. He attended Wesleyan University (B.A. 1971) and received a J.D. degree from the University of Connecticut (with honors, 1974). His extensive experience over thirty years of practice includes public offerings, private placements, loan transactions, mergers and acquisitions, broker-dealer issues, securities enforcement matters, proxy solicitations, friendly and hostile tender offers, director obligations, and general corporate matters. Mr. Swanson initially was an attorney with the Securities and Exchange Commission (Division of Market Regulation, 1974-1976) and was a partner of Wyman, Bautzer, Kuchel & Silbert for more than seven years. He now has his own practice.
